Skilled, intentional hands-on therapy that works with your body's intelligence rather than against it.
I work with a small number of members, and every session is individual. Before we start, I want to understand what's going on for you. Not just physically, but in the broader context of your life. What's driving the tension? What have you already tried? What does your body need right now?
Sessions are typically 60 or 90 minutes. I work from a private treatment room, and the environment is calm, unhurried, and confidential.
The Modalities
Each approach is chosen for what it can offer your body. Sometimes one is enough. Often they work best in combination.

Sports Massage
Deep, targeted bodywork designed to release chronic tension, improve circulation, and support recovery. This is not a pampering treatment. It is precise, purposeful work that your body will feel the benefit of long after the session.

Myofascial Release (MFR)
Slow, sustained pressure applied to the fascial system: the connective tissue that wraps every muscle, bone, and organ. When fascia becomes restricted through injury, stress, or repetitive movement, it can create pain and stiffness throughout the body. MFR works to release those restrictions gently and lastingly.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD)
A gentle, rhythmic technique that stimulates the lymphatic system to clear metabolic waste, reduce swelling, and support immune function. MLD is deeply relaxing and particularly effective after surgery, illness, or periods of high stress.

A Conversation First
We start by talking. I want to understand your history, your goals, and what's brought you here. This shapes everything that follows.
Hands-On Work
The session itself is focused, deliberate, and responsive. I work at your pace and adapt as we go. You are always in control.
Ongoing Support
After your session I may suggest exercises, movements, or follow-up frequency programmes to extend the work between visits.
Suggested Contributions
All sessions are available to members of Just Breathe Club. Contributions are agreed in advance and reflect the time and resources involved.
